The capsules deliver antioxidant protection from the first dose and must be used alongside a Heliocare sunscreen for effective UV protection!

How to use Take one capsule in the morning. During periods of prolonged sun exposure, take one more capsule 4-6 hours later.
Please note: these capsules do not replace a topical SPF. For effective sun protection an SPF should be applied regularly.
